Portrait Reveal: Honouring a Hero!
We were honoured to provide our free-standing curtains for the recent unveiling of a portrait celebrating the incredible bravery of Daphne Pearson GC. A true hero, Pearson’s courageous actions during her service saved the life of a fellow pilot, cementing her place in history as a symbol of selflessness and dedication.
Her heroic act took place at RAF Detling, Kent, where she risked her own life to rescue a pilot from a crashed aircraft loaded with explosives. Her bravery and quick thinking saved lives, and her legacy should be remembered and honoured.
